Electrical BIM Modeler

• Knowledge of Electrical Systems, Function and Design.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Project BIM Standards.
• Create Electrical Drawings for Lighting, Power, Communications, Security Fire Alarm System in Compliance with Local/ International Standards.
• Create Sections and Details for Field Installation of all Systems and Equipment.
• Prepare Lighting Power Circuit Diagrams and Panel Schedules.
• Cable Tray Trunking, Sizing Calculations.
• Ability to Produce Material Take-off s, RFI s, and understand Electrical Specifications.
• Conduit Modeling.
• Revit Family Creation as Per Requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
