We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler with UAE project experience to join our team immediately.

Job Description

• Create detailed Electrical BIM Models up to LOD 450.
• Prepare Electrical shop drawings and coordination layouts.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP services.
• Prepare builders work drawings and as-built drawings.
• Generate BOQs and schedules for conduits, cable trays, trunking, lighting, and power systems.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams for design updates and drawing revisions.
• Create detailed sections, spot details, and installation drawings.
• Conduct site visits for verification and measurements when required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and authority requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–6 years of UAE experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in lighting, power, low current, and ELV systems.
• Knowledge of clash detection and MEP coordination.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidate must be available in the UAE.
