Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE.

2–4 years of UAE experience in Electrical BIM Modeling

Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Electrical BIM models using Revit and related BIM software
• Prepare lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low current system models
• Coordinate with MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues
• Generate shop drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans
• Support coordination meetings and project delivery timelines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm)
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
