We are looking for an Electrical BIM Modeler with 3–4 years of UAE experience to join our team.

Position

Electrical BIM Modeler

Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of BIM 3D Electrical systems
• Hands-on experience in Revit (MEP)
• Good understanding of UAE standards and authority requirements (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence)
• Experience in:
• Lighting systems
• Power and small power layouts
• Cable trays, trunking, and conduits
• Earthing and lightning protection systems
• Ability to prepare LOD 300 and LOD 400 models
• Experience in shop drawings, layouts, and coordinated models
• Knowledge of clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate BIM 3D Electrical models as per project requirements
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and authority regulations
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and details
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP disciplines
• Participate in clash detection and resolution
• Update models based on site conditions and consultant comments
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables
