Electrical Construction Manager – Power & Transmission Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead and manage large-scale power station, grid station, substation, and transmission projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with high-voltage systems and end-to-end construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction activities for power stations, grid stations, substations, and transmission projects
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HV systems (220KV / 132KV / 400KV)
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules
• Monitor progress, resources, and budgets
• Lead site teams and ensure quality execution of works

Job Requirements:

• BE in Electrical Engineering
• 10–15 years of total experience
• Proven experience in construction of 220KV, 132KV, and 400KV power stations, grid stations, substations, and transmission lines
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of HV electrical systems and construction practices
