Job Title: Electrical cum Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Industry: Cocopeat / Coir Processing Unit

Job Description:

1. Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance of machines used in cocopeat production.

2. Attend breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of equipment.

3. Maintain and service motors, panels, conveyors, shredders, sieving machines, baling/compacting machines, dryers, and pumps.

4. Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.

5. Check and maintain electrical wiring, starters, MCC panels, control panels, and safety devices.

6. Lubricate moving parts and replace worn-out mechanical components.

7. Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth plant operations.

8. Maintain maintenance records and log books.

9. Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures.

10. Support installation and commissioning of new machines when required.

Required Skills & Qualification:

1. ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or E&I.

2. Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems and mechanical maintenance.

3. Experience in cocopeat, coir, agro, or manufacturing industry preferred.

4. Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency repairs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
