ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

An Electrical Design and Estimation Engineer's job involves creating electrical system designs and providing cost estimates for projects. Key responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, creating detailed drawings like SLDs and layouts, preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), and coordinating with other teams such as sales, production, and procurement. The role also requires ensuring designs comply with standards, liaising with clients for approvals, and supporting pre-sales activities.

• Design:
• Create electrical system designs, including power distribution systems, control panels, and low-voltage switchgear.
• Prepare engineering drawings such as Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), panel layouts, and wiring schematics using software like AutoCAD.
• Perform network studies and calculations, including cable sizing, busbar sizing, and power flow analysis.

• Estimation and costing:
• Gather project requirements and analyze customer drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, material, and other project costs.
• Generate and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to get cost-effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
