Electrical Design Engineer (10yrs exp)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a solid background in electrical engineering, project management, and site handling. The ideal candidate will be adept at client interaction, design reviews, and have extensive knowledge of high-voltage (HV) , low-voltage (LV) systems, Lighting system & fire alarm systems. Proficiency with NFPA, IEC, NEC and other middle east standards required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Design & Load Calculations: Perform complex load calculations and select appropriate high-side electrical equipment.
• Project & Client Management: Coordinate with clients, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth handling of on-site activities.
• Design Reviews & Compliance: Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with standards like, NFPA, IEC,NEC,other middle east standards. .
• Presentation & Communication Skills: Present designs and project updates to clients and internal teams effectively.
• HV & LV Systems Design: Develop and review designs for high and low-voltage electrical systems.
• ELV system Design
• AC/DC distribution system design
• Fire Alarm system Design

Technical Skills:

• Software Proficiency:
• AutoCAD
• ETAP
• DIALux
• SKM
• AGI
• Revit
• Codes & Standards:
• NFPA, IEC, NEC, BS, BSRIA, Dewa, Sewa, QCS, Kahramaa Standards, and other middle standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in electrical design, project management, and client handling.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
