Electrical Design Engineer

Required Electrical design engineer with Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field & 2–4 years of experience in electrical design (preferably in machinery, automation, panel manufacturing, or rubber/plastic injection moulding machines).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuits for rubber injection moulding machines.
• Prepare control panel layouts, cable schedules, and Bill of Materials (BOM) using design tools (e.g., Zuken E3).
• Select and validate electrical components (switchgears, sensors, relays, PLCs, HMIs, drives, etc.) considering application and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the production team during panel assembly, wiring, and machine commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control issues during assembly and testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical designs, revisions, and updates.
• Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
• Ability to understand and interpret control panel schematic drawings.
• Strong understanding of motor controls, power distribution, safety circuits, and sensor technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
