Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer - LV/MV Switchgear:

HRA Switchgear Pvt. Ltd. is seeking detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineers to design and develop MV and LV Switchboards or Distribution Boards for our company. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing Panel Layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and Schematic Diagrams (such as DOL, ASD, ATS/AMF, and Synchronization Systems, MV Control Scheme). You will also ensure compatibility and integration with software and diagnose and resolve Design issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, and experience with modern design software such as AutoCAD and Eplan P8 & P8 Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meeting with clients to determine design requirements.

· Design and develop Panel Layouts, Schematic Diagrams, SLDs, and Bill of Materials.

· Collaborate with the design team to ensure Design compatibility and integration with electrical components.

· Generate analytical and performance reports and calculation for presentation.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose errors, suggesting better solutions.

· Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure designs meet standards and specifications, as agreed upon with the client.

· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer technology and design trends.

Utilize standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Eplan P8, and Eplan Pro Panel software.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in designing, specifications, and estimation in the MV & LV Switchgear industry.

· Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Eplan P8, and Eplan Pro Panel.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
