Electrical Designer

Mechanical Contractors LLC seeks an Electrical Designer in Charlotte, NC to produce designs according to NEC, NFPA, & local building codes; incl. code-compliant branch circuiting & fire alarm device layouts; lighting layout with controls to comply w/ current Energy Code; create panel schedules & switchboard schedules w/ associated load types; & create power riser distribution incl. feeders w/ knowledge of available fault current. Create Revit views & sheets for construction permits. Work independently & collaboratively on projects to produce Construction Documents for lighting, power, communications, & fire alarm systems for new buildings & renovations along w/ design-build projects.
