IM Critical is building the future of IT infrastructure. We build Modular Data Centers in our facuility in Fort Lauderdale.

We're seeking an Electrical Designer to join our team.

This role is ideal for a systems-minded thinker.

What You’ll Do

• Design and integrate electrical systems including Racks, UPS, Switchgear, PDUs, RPPs
• Work on electrical specifications and lead system integration for new data centers
• Create single-line diagrams, schematics, and layouts using CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on work experience.
• 5+ years in electrical system design, ideally within mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering concepts and practical systems design
• Experience with related systems (mechanical, fire suppression) a plus
• Clear communicator and strong problem solver
• Knowledge of NEC and industry standards
• Experience in construction or implementation is a bonus—we are builders
