Purpose

The dispatcher will maintain communication with the electricians to coordinate dispatch board and any/all electrical calls.

Essential Job Functions

  • Dispatch Electricians using ServiceTitan
  • Coordinate the schedule and monitor the dispatch board
  • Prioritize the most urgent customer appointments
  • Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the electricians in the field
  • Analyze and solve issues impacting electricians and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Hours

Normal Business Hours - Monday-Friday - 8:30-5

This is a non-exempt position. Work hours to be determined based on the needs of the business. Overtime may be required based on the needs of the business.

Work Environment

Standard office with shared common space and individual workspaces with dividers.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • Prolonged periods of working at a computer
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds

Supervisory Responsibility

None. All questionable matters are referred to Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six (6) months of previous dispatch experience preferred
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude
  • Friendly disposition

Enjoys interfacing with technicians and customers on the phone

Education and Experience

High school diploma and/or equivalent. Prefer a minimum of 6 months of previous experience as a dispatcher.
