Electrical Draftsman – Fit-Out

We Are Hiring: Electrical Draftsman – Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out projects.
Develop detailed drawings for lighting, power, ELV, containment, and fire alarm systems.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors for drawing approvals and updates.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, authority regulations, and approved standards.
Prepare material take-offs and support technical submittals when required.
Incorporate consultant comments and site modifications into updated drawings.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision control.
Support authority submission requirements and approval processes, including coordination with TAQA, ADDC, and Civil Defense requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE fit-out experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination drawings.
Good understanding of UAE authority regulations and approval procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
