Role Overview｜岗位概述

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical design and component selection for our projects. This position is ideal for engineers with 2–4 years of experience, strong electrical fundamentals, and a practical, hands-on approach. / 我们正在招聘一名电气工程师，协助完成电气设计及元件选型工作。本职位适合具有 2–4 年工作经验、电气基础扎实、并注重实际操作与项目落地的工程师。

Key Responsibilities｜主要工作职责

- Assist with electrical design and documentation / 协助完成电气设计及相关技术文件

- Select electrical components based on project requirements (e.g., relays, power supplies, connectors, sensors) / 根据项目需求进行电气元件挑选（如继电器、电源、连接器、传感器等）

- Review datasheets and ensure component compatibility / 查阅并理解元器件数据手册，确保选型的兼容性与合理性

- Support senior engineers with electrical system integration / 协助资深工程师完成电气系统集成

- Maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and technical documentation / 维护物料清单（BOM）及相关技术文档

Qualifications｜任职要求

Must-Have Requirements｜必须要求：

- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field / 电气工程或相关领域的学士学位或更高学历

- 2+ years of experience with warehouse automation, conveyors, sorters, or MHE equipment / 有仓储自动化、输送线、分拣系统或物料搬运设备

- Previous experience in component selection and part sourcing, especially for large automated equipment such as production lines or conveyor belt sortation systems / 具备电气元器件选型与采购经验，特别是针对大型自动化设备，如生产线或输送带分拣系统

- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation, including topology diagrams / 能阅读电气原理图及技术文档，包括网络拓扑图

- English communication ability required (daily work communication level) / 能够使用英文进行日常工作沟通

- Must live locally in the hiring city / 必须在招聘城市本地居住

- The company can provide visa sponsorship / 公司可支持签证赞助
