Electrical Engineer

Raja Haroon Trading & Contracting is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and supervise electrical systems and installations for projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Conduct load calculations, power distribution, and cable sizing.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to site teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical engineering (construction/contracting industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, safety codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant electrical design software.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
