Electrical Engineer

We are looking for skilled Electrical Technicians and Electrical Engineers from around the world to join our construction projects across four major cities in Germany.

Role Overview

As part of our team, you will contribute to the electrical infrastructure of new construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. Your expertise will be applied to:

• Installation of new electrical systems and wiring in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Industrial-scale wiring and system setup
• Construction site electricity planning and execution
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with German and international standards

Candidate Profile

To ensure a smooth recruitment process, applications are evaluated based on the following:

• Education:
• Graduates of vocational or technical high schools (Electrical/Electronics) or
• Graduates of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Applications without relevant education will not be considered
• Work Experience: CVs must clearly describe previous roles, responsibilities, and projects. Vague or incomplete CVs will be rejected
• Language: Basic German is required. For those without prior knowledge, the company provides 1 month of German training during the recruitment stage, followed by continued training after employment
• Diploma Equivalence: Holding a German nostrification (IHK Fosa) is an advantage. If not, our company will arrange this for you (company covers the cost upfront; partial reimbursement during the first 3 months of employment)

What We Offer

Successful candidates will receive the following benefits, all secured by contract:

• Visa sponsorship and full relocation support (all expenses covered by the company)
• Accommodation options: Company housing (€500 deducted from salary) or full allowance if you choose private housing
• Competitive salary: €14.5 – €17 (gross) per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Working hours: 50–57 hours per week
• Paid leave: 20–24 days annually
• Diploma recognition support (nostrification provided if needed)
• Residence permits fully arranged and funded by the company
• No recruitment fees: all translation, documentation, and processing costs are covered by the company
