Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in chemical reactor equipment to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment specific to chemical reactors in the oil and gas sector and specialty chemicals .

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for chemical reactor equipment used in oil and gas operations.

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical equipment related to chemical reactors.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the optimal functionality of electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in reactor equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineers and mechanical engineers to ensure system integration and performance.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field personnel.

Adhere to industry safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on environmental protection.

Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project plans related to electrical systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

10 years of experience working with electrical systems in chemical industry, particularly with chemical reactor equipment.

Strong understanding of electrical control systems, instrumentation, and automation related to chemical reactors.

Hands-on experience with electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting in industrial environments.

Familiarity with international standards and regulations pertaining to electrical engineering in the chemecal manufacturing plant

Proficiency in electrical design software and related tools.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
