Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Project Scope: Residential Development

Tower 1: 20 Floors Tower 2: 22 Floors Tower 3: 19 Floors Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our consultancy team for a prestigious high-rise residential towers project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, supervising, and coordinating all electrical works to ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, client specifications, and international standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Review electrical design drawings, shop drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and regulations. 2. Supervise site execution of electrical works, including LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, ELV, and life safety systems. 3. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues. 4. Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), Dubai Municipality (DM), and other authority requirements. 5. Conduct inspections, witness testing & commissioning of electrical systems, and ensure proper integration with MEP services. 6. Review method statements, testing procedures, and technical reports. 7. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery, safety, and quality standards. Qualifications & Experience 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). 2. Minimum 12–15 years of experience, with at least 7–10 years in the UAE. 3. Proven experience in high-rise residential/commercial tower projects (20+ floors). 4. Strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals (DEWA, DCD, DM, Etisalat/DU, etc.). 5. Familiarity with international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC, BS). 6. Strong consultancy background with excellent technical review and site supervision skills. 7. Membership in a professional engineering body (e.g., IEEE, SOE, NFPA) is an advantage.
