Dupod is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer with strong BIM expertise to join our growing Engineering backoffice in Cairo. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to modular construction projects where precision and coordination are key.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical office role (design, shop drawings, coordination), design consultant experience will be considered as the second preferred option.
• Excellent proficiency in BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and BIM workflows.
• Solid knowledge of LV (power, lighting), and ELV systems.
• Familiarity with international standards and local standards for Gulf Area.
• Strong ability to prepare/review shop drawings and BIM models.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Bonus Points

• Foundational knowledge in modular construction / prefabricated building systems.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination workflows and clash detection.
• UAE & Saudi Arabia project experience with consultants/contractors.
• Understanding of site workflows (submittals, RFIs, as-built documentation).
• Familiarity with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) for model/data management.
• Knowledge of Electrical calculation Software (Dialux, Etap, etc.)
• Knowledge of Low Current / ICT systems.
• Knowledge of Revit API /Dynamo.
