Electrical Engineer

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on HMC/VMC CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in CNC controllers, drives, PLCs, and servo systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems of foundry equipment including induction furnaces, sand plant controls, and molding machines.
• Ensure minimal machine downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns.

Installation & Commissioning:

• Assist in installation, wiring, and commissioning of new CNC machines and foundry equipment.
• Ensure proper calibration and safety compliance of new electrical installations.

System Optimization:

• Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements to reduce energy consumption and improve productivity.
• Work with automation systems and PLC programming to improve machine cycles or modify existing logic as needed.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain logs and documentation for electrical maintenance and inspection.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IS codes), and company policies.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for service, AMC, and parts procurement.

Cross-Departmental Support:

• Support production and mechanical maintenance teams during critical operations.
• Provide technical input during process or equipment upgrades.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
