Electrical Engineer

ONLY UAE EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Engineering

• Prepare electrical design drawings, layouts, schematics, and load calculations.
• Develop power distribution, lighting, ELV, and control system designs.
• Review and revise engineering plans as per project needs and authority requirements.
• Conduct technical studies and analyze electrical systems, including voltage drops, short circuit currents, and cable sizing.

2. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and contractors.
• Attend site meetings and provide engineering support during project execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA/ADD, municipality codes, and relevant international standards.

3. Site Supervision

• Monitor installation of electrical systems to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify testing & commissioning procedures for all electrical systems.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all electrical works meet regulatory, statutory, and industry standards.
• Prepare inspection requests (IRs), snag lists, and close-out documentation.
• Review and ensure quality of electrical materials and equipment delivered on site.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare BOQs, technical reports, and cost estimates.
• Maintain project records, engineering logs, and progress reports.
• Provide inputs for project schedules and resource planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
