Electrical Engineer

Operates and maintains print reproduction equipment and sets up reproduction equipmentMaintain and operate the utilities, buildings, and grounds according to all State Regulations and all auxiliary equipmentAssist with overseeing the physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance and repair of interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicableStay current with the latest technology and advances in the electronics and power management, home automation, and smart grid related industriesPrepares drawings for major contractual requirements utilizing software and associated equipment to prepare sets or groups of drawings for new construction, modification, alteration, or renovation of facilitiesParticipates in ongoing inspection of Plant and equipment conditions to determine the type of maintenance work requiredSuccess factors for the Engineering Specialist - Machine/Systems Integrator are strong communication, spatial and conceptual design skills, an understanding of customers’ needs and product application the competitive products, and understanding cost driversSupply an uninterrupted amount of steam, hot water, and compressed air for use throughout the facilityAssist with directing the daily activities of the departmentAssist with ensuring the execution and achievement of the hotel’s preventive maintenance program goals
