POSITION SUMMARY
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of electrical systems for a diverse range of heavy industrial projects. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant solutions for facilities such as power generation plants, manufacturing complexes, processing facilities, and infrastructure. This position blends hands-on technical design with client collaboration, providing opportunities to support projects from concept through commissioning. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, field awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Electrical Engineer IV

Responsible for studies of limited scope requiring application of prescribed engineering methods.
- Solve problems by applying standards and following detailed instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Electrical Engineer III

Responsible for assisting more senior engineers in carrying out technical tasks requiring accuracy in calculations, completeness of data and adherence to prescribed analysis, design or computation methods.

Electrical Engineer II

Demonstrate initiative in carrying out periodic tasks independently and judgment in determining the methods to apply to assigned tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PER JOB LEVEL
- Electrical Engineer IV – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; zero to two (0-2) years experience

Electrical Engineer III – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; two to four (2-4) years experience

Electrical Engineer II – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; four to six (4-6) years experience

Electrical Engineer I - Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; six to ten (6-10) years experience
Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors including each candidate’s relevant experience, industry background, education, and demonstrated skills.
