Electrical Engineer

➢ Having a Good Experience in maintenance of HT and LT panels’ installation and maintenance, Transformers, VCB, ACB’s DG sets maintenance. Air Compressors, PCC & MCC Panels ,33KV HT yard maintenance

➢ Good Experience in Auto Filling machinery’s, Auto pack machinery’s, shrink wrap machines. Packing machineries, process machineries.

➢ Responsible for End -to-End Plant maintenance, Experience preventive, Breakdown and shutdown maintenance

➢ Good Experience PCC, MCC panels Installation, Cable scheduling, Preparation of SLD’s, DG sets Installation, Budget planning, Team handling, contractor and vendor’s management.

➢ Good Experience in commissioning and Troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, PLC , HMI program uploading and downloading

➢ Good knowledge on Control valve, Flow meters, Level transmitters, PID controllers, Actuators valves, Pressure Transmitter, All types of Sensors, RTD’s, Level sensors

Monitor the performance of the plant equipment’s against standards and targets in areas such as equipment uptime, MTTR, MTBF, Thermography.

➢ Maintaining The RCA and tracker sheet of CAPA for closure of all Breakdowns in plant.

➢ Good Experience on Electrical preventive, predictive, corrective, maintenance of the plant in various sectors like production and Maintenance.

➢ Good Experience VFD program settings, drives wiring, uploading and downloading program

➢ Good Experience on Electrical and instrumentation kaizens (continuous improvement), and Troubleshooting

➢ Support Procurement of spares, maintaining inventory of Critical Spares. Do analysis on High consumption of spares and improvement to reduce the spares cost.

➢ Train and coaching subordinate/ crews on technical standards

➢ Preparing maintaining of the plant performance reports

➢ Good Experience in Energy cost saving, yearly budget planning.

➢ Having experience on FSSAI, GMP Audits, Electricity Board related works.

➢ Developing team’s technical skills and 5S activities in plants.

Qualification : B.Tech/M.tech in Electrical/Electronics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
