Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Dubai’s construction industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing electrical works for large-scale construction projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical works on-site including LV, MV, ELV systems, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low current systems
• Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority standards (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense)
• Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities for approvals and inspections
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
• Identify and resolve site-related electrical issues and provide technical solutions
• Prepare progress reports, material schedules, and as-built drawings
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost controls

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years compulsory experience in Dubai construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards, DEWA regulations, and local authority approvals
• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE Driving License
• Experience in fast-track projects
• Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical systems
