• They use analytical skills to solve problems and minimize downtime.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of service work and report on equipment performance.
• They may lead training sessions to teach team members about new technologies.
