Minimum 2 -5 years experience in Wiring, Electrical knowledge.

A Senior Electrical Engineer designs, develops, tests, and oversees complex electrical systems, leading projects and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with standards; key duties include system analysis, technical consultation, project management, and innovation in areas like power, automation, or electronics, requiring strong problem-solving, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment (motors, power systems, control systems).
  • Project Leadership: Manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, providing technical guidance and decision-making.
  • Technical Expertise: Analyze existing systems, troubleshoot issues, conduct research, and recommend new technologies.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations meet safety, reliability, and industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
  • Team Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, software) and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Documentation: Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, cost estimates, and technical reports.

Essential Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of electrical circuits, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAE software and simulation tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Several years (typically 8-15+) of relevant experience in electrical design and project implementation.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license often preferred or required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
