About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in Construction Supervision to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will oversee the electrical aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in construction projects
• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and project requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues
• Manage project timelines and budgets related to electrical systems
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders
• Implement quality control measures for electrical installations
• Ensure adherence to local and international electrical standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide innovative solutions
• Mentor junior electrical engineers and technicians on the team

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in construction supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical system design software
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with large-scale construction projects in the Middle East
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
