Job Description – Electrical Site Engineer (Ground Mounted Solar PV Project) Position:

Electrical Site Engineer Project Type: Ground Mounted Solar PV Project Experience

Required: Minimum 4–5 Years Location: Simodra, Surat, Gujarat.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute and supervise all electrical works for ground mounted solar PV projects. Supervise installation of solar modules, DC stringing, DC & AC cabling, SCB, inverters, LT/HT panels, transformers, and related equipment.

Strong Knowledge of WMS, SCADA Systems, RTU, and other related equipment. Ensure proper execution of earthing and lightning protection systems.

Execute works as per approved electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts. Support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

Coordinate with vendors and site manpower to achieve project milestones. Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site records.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements. Identify electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with client, utility authorities, and internal teams as required.

Qualification & Skills: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Ground Mounted Solar PV Projects (mandatory). Strong hands-on knowledge of DC and AC systems in solar plants.

Experience with inverters, transformers, protection systems, and commissioning activities.

Good understanding of electrical safety, quality standards, and testing procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
