Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems used in environmental and reliability test chambers. The role supports production, troubleshooting, and customer commissioning to ensure safe and reliable operation of test equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts for test chambers
- Electrical panel wiring including control panels, power panels, and junction boxes
- Selection and integration of electrical components such as contactors, relays, MCBs, VFDs, SMPS, sensors, heaters, and safety devices
- PLC panel wiring and coordination with PLC/controls team
- Installation and commissioning of temperature, humidity, vibration, and thermal shock test chambers
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality requirements
- Troubleshooting electrical faults during assembly, testing, and site installation
- Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)
- Coordinate with mechanical, refrigeration, and controls teams
- Maintain documentation, wiring schedules, and test records
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with control panel wiring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PLC-based systems (basic understanding is sufficient)
- Knowledge of sensors (RTD, thermocouple), heaters, motors, and safety interlocks
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
- Awareness of industrial safety practices
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial equipment or panel manufacturing
- Experience in test chambers, HVAC, automation, or special-purpose machines is an advantage
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Delta PLC panels
- Exposure to IEC / IS electrical standards
- Site installation and customer interaction experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
