Functional link – DEPL Sales team, D&E team, Project Management team, Installation & Commissioning team, Production & Planning.

Purpose

DEPL is planning exponential growth in business. The electrical & PLC programmer is required to support Electrical Engineering work & programming for conveying automation. The PLC engineer is expected to utilize the technical expertise for quick support to pre-sales and post sales teams.

Responsibilities

· Study the RFQ and provide design and BOM for electrical components & Control Automation.

· Study the technical details of the PO / Contract and provide design, technical specs and BOM for electrical components for outsourcing.

· Develop electrical drawing.

· Develop and implement PLC programme in Siemens / Allen Bradly or Mitsubishi etc

· Develop installation documents for site team for electrical work and control automation.

· Create service manual for electrical and control automation.

· Follow all the safety standard for design, supply and installation.

· Support FAT activities for delivering desired performance.

· Support order execution and commissioning at site.

Requirement

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Mechatronics engineering.

Experience :

3-4 years’ experience in Electrical & PLC programming in Automation industry

One years’ experience in conveyor / automation industry will be preferred.

Competency / Specific skill & Knowledge:

ü Knowledge of PLC programming of Siemens, Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi etc.

ü Knowledge of latest instruments used in Automation industry such as sensors, actuator, SOV, Cylinder.

ü Knowledge of motor section, cabling etc.

ü Knowledge of motor section, VFD, MCC, Cabling etc.

ü Design of feeder, VFD panels, cable specs, I/O list, cable schedule, SOV box.

ü IS code and CE standards followed.

ü Excellent written and verbal communication.

ü AutoCad skills.

ü EPLAN.

ü Safety standard for electrical work.

ü Design of PLC based control system.

ü MS office.

ü Ready to handle site activity.

ü Ready to travel for 3-4 weeks.

Salary Expected :

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
