Electrical Engineer

• Electrical System Design: Design & Drafting electrical systems for various building types (commercial, residential, industrial) including power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and low voltage systems.
• Load Calculation and Equipment Sizing: Perform load calculations for electrical systems, and size equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and distribution boards.
• Power Distribution Network: Design power distribution networks, including the layout of substations, cable routing, and integration with MEPF services.
• Coordination with MEPF Services: Work with mechanical, plumbing, and firefighting teams to ensure electrical designs are fully coordinated, avoiding clashes or system conflicts.
• Lighting Design and Energy Efficiency: Develop lighting designs using tools like Dialux or Relux, focusing on energy efficiency and compliance with local codes.
• Review and Approval of Drawings: Review and approve electrical CAD drawings and layouts to ensure they meet design standards and project requirements.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all designs adhere to national and international codes such as NEC, IEC, IS standards, as well as local building regulations.
• Tender Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, schedules, and BOQs for electrical systems as part of tender documentation.
• Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the electrical design is implemented correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction.
• Project Management and Coordination: Lead or support the electrical aspect of the project, coordinating with multiple stakeholders (contractors, architects, other engineers), and managing timelines and budgets.
• Testing and Commissioning Support: Participate in testing and commissioning activities to ensure electrical systems are functioning as per design intent and safety standards.
• Sustainability and Energy Solutions: Incorporate energy-efficient solutions and sustainability practices in electrical system designs, including solar power integration and LEED certification efforts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
