Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $39.00- $45.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will apply an intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices, and implementation in complex systems and assignments. The role involves participation in design reviews, development, testing, reliability assessments, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be capable of making independent decisions and contributing to the achievement of overall project goals.

Position Overview

• Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments.
• General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.
• Makes independent decisions. Assist in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Learns to use company concepts, policies and procedures, familiar with and follows standard practices.
• Normally receives detailed directions on all work.
• Makes suggestions to improve work processes. Assists in reducing to practice patentable inventions.
• Works on projects of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Participates in technical team activities.
• Presents and discusses data within group.
• Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preference for Electrical Engineering degree

Experience

• Entry-level engineering position
• 2 years of related experience preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
