Electrical Site Engineer

Experience: 5 to 7 years (With Gulf Experience)

• Execute and supervise electrical works as per approved shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Monitor installation of LV systems (power & lighting), SLD implementation, containment, and cable pulling & termination works.

• Oversee ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, Telephone/Data, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, and BMS (if applicable).

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and electrical regulations.

• Coordinate with DEWA for LV electrical approvals, load applications, and service connections.

• Support inspections and approvals from other authorities.

• Raise Inspection Requests (IR), RFIs, and MVR’s as required.

• Review and monitor shop drawings, as-built, drawings.

• Prepare material take-off (MTO) and assist procurement team for ordering.

• Track material deliveries, storage, and issuance at site.

• Manage technicians, subcontractors, and manpower allocation at site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Knowledge in Auto CAD, E-tap and Other electrical software’s.

5–7 years of site-based experience in Electrical systems.

Must have experience in MEP building projects (Residential/Commercial/Industrial).

Knowledge of local authority standards (e.g. DEWA, etc.) is an advantage.
