Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review electrical designs, load calculations, and technical specifications.
• Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, ELV systems, and related infrastructure.
• Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents in coordination with other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design integration.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and compliance with approved drawings.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve engineering issues when required.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of electrical engineering tasks.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum relevant experience in electrical design and site supervision (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and electrical design software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
