Electrical Engineer

• Duty responsibilities:

1. Approved Building for Fire contract.
Talk/visit/meeting to building owners/ Real Estate and do necessary marketing for
the advisement of company.
2. Monitor technicians work at Site/Project. Assist them + Help them+ give necessary
guideline for installation of Fire Alarm/Fire pump/Emergency light/cabling.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Track material requirements and site inventory.
• Maintain records of inspections and testing reports.
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings.Review electrical drawings, load schedules, and BOQ.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and other trades.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants and contractors
• 3+ years UAE/GCC experience in fire protection project execution.
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems, fire pumps, FM200, foam systems, addressable fire alarm, voice evacuation
• Experience with Civil Defense approvals and consultant coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project planning tools (BIM knowledge is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• UAE driving license and Civil Defense approved engineer preferred
