Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both design and supervision of electrical systems across a range of projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare electrical design drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.

Develop power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm system designs.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, civil, and mechanical engineers.

Review and approve contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance during construction.

Attend meetings and provide technical support throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in engineering consultancy within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (DEWA/ADDC/Etihad WEQ, Civil Defense, and other authority required)

Experience in both design and site supervision is mandatory.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

UAE driving license is required
