Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

· Interpret and implement designs from technical drawings and specifications.

· Oversee site progress, coordinate with Foreman and team

· Prepare 2 week manpower & work schedule and update targets dates and progress.

· Site Supervision of works

· Handle DEWA submissions and approvals

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

· Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and documentation.

· Design and review MEP systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings

· Coordinate with consultant, contractors and authorities.

· Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using CAD and other tools

· Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system optimization

· Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction and post-occupancy phases

· Manage subcontractors and vendors related to Electrical works

· Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

· Prepare invoices for job completion as per BOQ

· Ensure DM & DEWA compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Skills Required

· Strong understanding of electrical circuits, and plumbing networks

· AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM proficiency

· Knowledge of building codes and standards

· Familiarity with local authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.)

· Problem solving and coordination skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Site management experience

· UAE Driving License

Qualification

· Bachelors in Electrical Engineering

· SOE Card & DEWA Approved

· Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
