شركة مقاولات وصيانة مباني في دبي تعمل في مجال صيانة المباني والمناقصات الحكومية تعلن عن حاجتها لتعيين:

المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس كهرباء (Electrical Engineer)

أولاً: المتطلبات الأساسية

* بكالوريوس هندسة كهربائية من جامعة معترف بها.

* رخصة بلدية دبي (تصنيف مهندس كهرباء).

عضو في جمعية المهندسين .

* خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات داخل دولة الإمارات في مجال:

* إدارة وصيانة المباني.

* تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية في المشاريع الحكومية.

* الإشراف على المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن.

* خبرة في أنظمة إنذار ومكافحة الحريق وفق اشتراطات دفاع مدني دبي.

* جادة إعداد التقارير الفنية والمراسلات الرسمية الخاصة بالمناقصات الحكومية.

* القدرة على إعداد BOQ وحصر الكميات وتسعير الأعمال.

* إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وبرامج Microsoft Office.

ثانياً: المهام والمسؤوليات

* الإشراف على أعمال الكهرباء في مشاريع إدارة العقارات وصيانة المباني.

* متابعة عقود الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.

* التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية لاعتماد المخططات والتصاريح.

* إعداد مستندات المناقصات والعروض الفنية.

* ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.

* متابعة فحوصات الدفاع المدني وتجديد الشهادات.

* إدارة فرق الفنيين وتوزيع المهام.

*Building Contracting & Maintenance Company – Dubai A leading company in building maintenance and government tenders is seeking to hire:

Position: Electrical Engineer

Mandatory Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

* Dubai municipal license (Electrical Engineer classification)

Member of the Society of Engineers.

* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in:

* Building management and maintenance.

* Execution of electrical works in government projects.

* Supervising contractors and subcontractors.

* Experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems as per Dubai Civil Defense regulations.

* Strong ability to prepare technical reports and official correspondence for government tenders.

* Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Supervise electrical works in property management and building maintenance projects.

* Follow up preventive and corrective maintenance contracts.

* Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and permits.

* Prepare tender documents and technical proposals.

* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

* Follow up Civil Defense inspections and certificate renewals.

* Manage technicians and assign tasks effectively.
