Electrical Engineer

 Minimum of 2 years experience in UAE.

 Preferably within Interior and fit-out work.

 UAE driving license required.

 Responsible for regular inspection at site for all MEP works.

 supervised construction activities to ensure that work progress in a manner that will result in compliance with the project specification and approved drawings.

 Inspecting material delivered to site in compliance with the project specification and approved manufacturers

 Give proper instruction to site team about drawing as per the site condition

 Give proper instruction to site team to ensure proper safety on site,

equipment and personnel involved.

 Testing and commissioning of all MEP works accordance with General contract requirement.

 Managing the Snags and coordinating with project team and the

main contractor of rectifying all issues.

 Conduct regular site visits for identifying operational snags and liaise with service providers, contractors, sub‐contractor, on a regular basis to resolve any outstanding issues on site

 Pre checking for next day inspection to ensure the unit is clean and utilities are connected

 Responsible for close all snagging comment

 Experience in taking general snagging comments

 Experience in to handing over villas & units as per the time scheduled

 Experience in checking all general workmanship of all mep system

 conduct meeting the clients to resolve their issues

 Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities

 Experience in rise inspection for snagging and disengaging
