KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the UAE . (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated experience on high-rise building projects . (Mandatory)
• Immediately available or short notice period
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Key responsibilities

• Prepare LV & HV power distribution designs and supervise installation of switchgear, panel boards, MDB and SMDB
• Prepare and review electrical designs, single-line diagrams, layouts, and AutoCAD drawings
• Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and protection coordination and supervise short-circuit testing and verification
• Engineer solar PV and energy efficiency solutions and supervise installation, commissioning, and performance testing
• Configure BMS and SCADA systems and supervise building automation installation and commissioning activities
• Manage fire alarm, ELV, structured cabling, CCTV, and access control system integration
• Prepare material submittals and method statements and supervise contractor workmanship against approved specifications
• Submit authority approval packages and supervise inspections through to final energization
• Maintain as-built drawings and project documentation and supervise site progress to ensure milestones are delivered on time
• Coordinate MEP disciplines across all trades and supervise resolution of on-site technical conflicts and RFIs
• Establish quality control and HSE procedures and supervise safety audits and site inspections on a regular basis
• Supervise material deliveries and installation progress reporting
• Attend project meetings and provide technical input to consultants and clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, RFIs, and technical submittals
