Job Purpose:
To provide technical support in the preparation of winding drawings, review Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and prepare cost estimates to support service and production activities
Main Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedure

recommend improvements to departmental policies and support the implementation of procedures and control
-
Assist in the implementation of systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
-
Collect and analyze data from received stators requiring rewinding
-
Prepare winding sketch data and technical documentation
-
Develop winding drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and connection drawing
-
Prepare supporting documents, including Design Change Notices (DCNs), required for drawing release
-
Support production activities related to rewinding execution
-
Assist the Engineering Department in technical activities, including the review of copper specifications
-
Review supplier drawings related to rich resin coils
-
Support the Procurement team by reviewing technical datasheets for copper and insulation material
-
Review RFQs related to service orders and provide technical input
-
Prepare cost estimates in accordance with RFQ specifications
-
develop additional cost estimates based on inspection reports
-
provide technical support to the Production team regarding winding-related issue
Staff Development
-
identify areas for improvement within the winding team and promote adherence to standard practices
-
Coach team members and provide constructive formal and informal feedback to improve performance and efficiency
-
Recommend training programs to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities
Other Responsibilities

coordinate with other departments to identify and implement solutions that contribute to overall company improvement

Perform additional job-related tasks, projects, and assignments as requested by the direct supervisor or manager
Job Specifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
