Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Solar Field - Electrical Engineer to join our growing team and lead solar projects on-site with confidence and expertise.

Candidates who have completed DEWA Solar PV Certification Training will have an advantage. Candidates who have not yet completed the training but are eligible and willing to obtain it are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
• Conduct site inspections and identify electrical or operational issues.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities for solar installations.
• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and project documentation.
• Ensure work is carried out according to safety standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare site reports, inspection records, and commissioning documents.
• Monitor system performance and report any abnormalities.
• Support project handover and documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar installation projects
• Strong ability to manage teams on-site
• Solid understanding of DEWA regulations and construction rules
• Full knowledge of solar project lifecycle (A to Z)
• Strong knowledge of solar materials, procurement, and market trends
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
