Electrical Engineer job description.

Key Responsibilities:

Site supervision and inspection of MEP works across live construction projects

Witnessing and documenting testing & commissioning activities

Issuing and tracking snag lists through to close-out

Coordinating with main contractors on-site

Preparing site reports, NCR, progress reports

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems

Supervision of complete Electrical System, Lighting, Power Distribution,

Lightning protection/Earthing Systems, IT cabling Infrastructure for Voice / Data/ Multimedia systems, Fire detection and Life Safety Systems, Security Systems, Low Current Systems, Building Management Systems, etc.

Material submittal Review, comment, and approval. Shop drawing review and approval, Electrical REVIT drawing review and approval, Electrical work inspection, As-built drawing approval, Review, and approval of O&M manual.

Coordination with interfacing disciplines such as Architects/Structural/ Mechanical for the complete coordination of all the services/ systems.

Coordinate, supervise and manage the Electrical Engineers and CAD Team & review of their design calculations and drawings.

Attend project coordination meetings and prepare Minutes & Reports

Co-ordination with clients, contractors and vendors for timely completion of projects and quality assurance of installation work.

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
