Electrical Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

An established Electromechanical Contracting Company in Dubai is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise electrical works for residential, commercial, and other MEP projects.
• Review and understand electrical drawings, specifications, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
• Coordinate electrical works with consultants, clients, main contractors, and other MEP disciplines.
• Prepare electrical designs, shop drawings, material submittals, technical proposals, and project documentation.
• Carry out project estimation, quantity take-off, costing, and preparation of quotations.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and project schedules.
• Ensure all electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, authority requirements, and UAE regulations.
• Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Lead site teams and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience in electrical project execution, design, estimation, and pricing.
• Good knowledge of UAE authority requirements and MEP contracting procedures.
• Excellent ability to read and review electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
• Ability to communicate politely and effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
