Electrical Engineer (7–9 Years Experience) – Residential Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in residential construction projects, including villas, compounds, and residential towers.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of electrical systems (Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm)
• Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), IEC, and project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Monitor site progress and quality of electrical works
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Support project execution from design phase to handover
• Prepare technical reports and progress updates

Required Experience:

• 7–9 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in residential projects (mandatory)
• Villas
• Residential compounds
• Residential towers
• Experience in site supervision and/or technical office
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Electrical Power Distribution (LV systems)
• Lighting and small power systems
• Fire Alarm and ELV systems
• Testing & Commissioning
• AutoCAD (required)
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and IEC standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Preferred:
• Experience in consultancy or contracting companies
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
