Electrical Engineer – Control Panels & Switchgear (UAE)

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in control panels, power panels, switchgear, site supervision, and testing & commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and troubleshoot control panels and power panels
• Deep knowledge of LV switchgear, MCC panels, DBs, PLC panels
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and SLDs
• Handle panel wiring, protection devices (MCB, MCCB, ACB, relays, contactors)
• Perform site visits, inspections, and commissioning
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and technicians
• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical standards
• Manage testing, fault finding, and troubleshooting
• Support project execution and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of 3-phase systems, power distribution, earthing, and load calculations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in switchgear and control panels
• Strong knowledge in:
• Control Panels
• Power Panels
• Switchgear Systems
• Protection Devices
• Panel Design & Wiring
• Site Installation & Commissioning
• Experience working in UAE electrical projects

• Ability to work independently and manage site work
• Good communication and reporting skills

✅ Malayalam speaker preferred

✅ Valid UAE Driving License preferred

✅ Experience in MEP / industrial / commercial projects

✅ Ability to handle clients and site coordination

✅ Leadership experience is a plus

We prefer a hands-on engineer who can handle both workshop panel work and site execution, with deep technical expertise in control systems and power distribution
