Electrical Engineer (Design)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical load calculations, circuit design, lighting, and power distribution.
• Familiarity with national and international electrical codes & standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IS codes).
• Certifications in electrical design, power systems, or energy efficiency (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical system designs, single-line diagrams, and layouts.
• Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and equipment selection.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with MEP teams, architects, and contractors for seamless integration.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Assist in site inspections, troubleshooting, and resolving design issues.
