Electrical Engineer - Low Voltage

Charged AE is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions in the UAE. We're looking for a skilled and organized Technical Operations professional to lead technician teams, manage scheduling, and oversee B2B project execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes initiative, and ensures seamless delivery of our EV charging installations and services.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Coordination & Scheduling

• Supervise 2 teams (and growing) of 3–6 technicians for EV charger installations.
• Assign daily tasks and manage technician schedules based on workload and priority.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to Charged AE quality standards.
• Support and mentor technicians to improve performance and technical skills.

B2B Project Handling

• Lead planning and execution for villa and commercial EV charger installations.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with engineering and operations teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients and ensure project success.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Client Communication & Reporting

• Provide clients with updates on job status and manage expectations.
• Maintain and update project trackers, technician performance, and job reports.
• Handle any escalations or on-site challenges promptly and professionally.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure all installations meet DEWA standards and safety regulations.
• Liaise with DEWA and other authorities when required.
• Conduct quality checks and final reviews before handover.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, scheduling, or field team supervision
• Experience in electrical/EV-related projects is a strong plus
• Valid UAE driver’s license – company car provided
• Familiarity with DEWA requirements and safety codes is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Fluent in English - Arabic is a plus

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
